Although we endeavour to supply printing within our turnaround time, this cannot be guaranteed ever. Things such as Incorrectly supplied artwork, Press Problems, and Courier Bookings can all change delivery times. We are not held responsible for this.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if ALL GOODS are returned for a a valid reason

Should you not be happy with goods, please have ALL GOODS resealed in the original packaging, and we will collect your goods from you. If ALL GOODS are not returned we will noy under any circumstances issue a refund, so please dont go using half your flyers and then send back the ones you didn't use hoping for a refund! There is a £15 administration and collection fee. This will be deducted from your refund, should we accept to refund you.

We only offer refunds on printing errors, you have the opportunity to proof your files in the order process. If there is a glaring problem with your artwork we will always do our best to spot this and alert the customer, but this is not our duty and are thus not responsible for supplied artwork errors.

Should we supply printing with errors on our part, we will immediately reprint your artwork free of charge and get your goods delivered free of charge to you.

Cancelling Orders

Our automated print system is extremely fast, and within minutes of hitting submit on your order, your artwork is being processed and plates are being made. Thus if you wish to cancel an order you will need to call us on 08458 900 303 VERY QUICKLY, so we can 'catch' the order before the files start getting processed!!! If we can't 'catch' the artwork in time, there will be a £30 charge for the plates. We can then issue the difference in a refund, or process new artwork supplied by you. If however you wish to cancel AFTER we have sent your artwork to press, there is nothing we can do, and we will not be able to process your cancellation. So please try to supply the correct artwork when ordering to prevent any problems later on.

Payment Options

We accept Credit Card only.

We recommend our online ordering system as this is the most efficient way to order with us. Alternatively you can call us and place your order over the phone - 08458 900 303. If our Credit Card Authorisation Machine queries the transaction we may request an alternative card be used to prevent fraud. In the unfortunate event where you do not have an alternative card, and the Credit Card Authorisation Machine declines your order, we will not be able to proceed with your printing. We apologise for this, if you would like to raise this issue please contact your Bank or HSBC Card Processing Services.

Your transaction on your credit card bill will appear as 'Love Printing'.

Supplying Artwork

If you supply your artwork to use in RGB, we have to convert it here to CMYK, we are not held responsible for any colour shifts that happen when we do this conversion. To guarantee artwork colours we recommend you supply your artwork in CMYK then we do not need to do any conversions here.

All flyers have a small 'printed with love. loveprinting.co.uk' text line added to the final artwork. Please contact us should you wish to pay extra to have this removed. This cost is £50. This only applies to Flyers.
